Finding your Learning Zone for growth

The path to being a Human Leader is a journey, not a destination. And it's one that can become uncomfortable.

That's because discomfort is an inherent part of growth.

You have to consciously broaden your comfort zone in order to grow. It might mean tiny steps, or larger leaps. Perhaps it's enforcing a boundary that no one else even notices. And perhaps it's something monumental and profound.

If you keep doing what you've been doing, you'll keep getting what you've been getting. And if you push too far, anxiety may strip away your confidence and leave you in a state of doubt and paralysis.

Growth requires becoming comfortable with discomfort, so you can transform and evolve.
